The two floors currently house two separate apartments which are connected by an indoor spiral staircase.

The farmhouse is in good general condition: created from the refurbishment of a rural building from the 1600’s, it was restored around 20 years ago and has been maintained over the years.

The outside features exposed stonework while the roof is tiled, and inside there are wood beams and tiled ceilings.
