Description of buildings

The main country house - 459 sq.m in total - requires internal renovation

The country house, which requires internal renovation, is accessed via an automatic entrance gate that opens onto a convenient lane lined with cypress trees that leads to the property.

The building has two floors and faces south-west: on the ground floor there is the living area, which can be accessed from the back, through the kitchen, and from the side via a larger, pretty entrance with a porch.

Through the back of the property there is the kitchen with pantry, the bright dining area, another cheerful space with a fireplace, a guest bathroom and the entrance hall mentioned above.
