Casale Niccone is a beautiful property for sale in a hilly and panoramic location, in one of the most popular areas of Umbria, close to the border with Tuscany: the Niccone Valley.
The property is situated halfway between Lisciano Niccone and Castel Rigone (8.5 km from each), 14 km from Passignano sul Trasimeno and only 9 km from the Perugia-Bettole entrance to the motorway, providing a useful connection to some of the other important historic centres in Central Italy, such as Perugia and Cortona which can be reached in about half an hour (28 km) Arezzo (57 km) and Florence (137 km).
The nearest airport is Perugia, at 42 km (around 45 minutes by car), while Florence Amerigo Vespucci airport is 149 km away (1 hour 45 mins).
