Description of buildings
Casale del Giglio has two floors, with a total surface area of 420 sq.m.
The entrance on the ground floor leads to a large, bright living area with 4 French doors which open out into the
An impressive panel separates the hall, with its central fireplace, from the dining room, through which there is access to a large kitchen, with modern and essential features including: hi-tech chrome-plated steel, beautifully integrated with with black marble worktops and the warmth of natural materials.
There are two work/preparation surfaces: a central island with two-colour printed worktop, with a 5-ring hob set in black marble, and a faux-mahogany counter. On the other side, under the large window which offers an incredible view, there is a double sink and another hob.
Finally, there is a pretty fireplace and a wall which has been perfectly fitted with closed shelves, and electrical appliances of all kinds: a large oven, microwave, extra-large fridge-freezer with two wine chillers and a dishwasher.
Next to the kitchen there is a pantry, a wine cellar and the laundry room, with washing machine and dryer.
On this floor there is also a double bedroom, with a bathroom with shower and a French window that opens onto the outdoor eating area under the porch.
From the dining room there is a door to a corridor, with a dressing room and store cupboard, which leads to another bedroom with a bathroom and window overlooking the garden.
In this area, along with the rest of the house, contemporary art and design classics coexist in an interplay of outdoor light and indoor space, such as the uniformity of the straight lines and the shape of the spiral staircase in the dining room, the main architectural feature.
The winding spiral staircase leads to the upper living room with a corner fireplace. From here there is access to the master bedroom: a spacious room, with genuine leather flooring. Entrance to the room is through a walk-in wardrobe with sliding doors. The adjacent bathroom is very luxurious, fitted with golden stone.
On the other side of the living room, a corridor leads to the sleeping area, comprising 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms and one with bunk beds, perfect for children.)
Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and benefits from air conditioning and insect screen on the windows.
All the bedrooms have a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and the Sagrantino and Grechetto vines.
State and finishing

The wooden floors have been painted a light colour, on the floors in the living area there are large majolicas, while on the upper floor there is parquet and in the master bedroom, leather flooring.
All the rooms are light and spacious, with large windows overlooking the countryside.
The farmhouse has been built with extreme care, using excellent quality materials, such as the bathroom fixtures and fittings.
In the garden, a well-maintained lawn naturally blends with the surrounding land of around 2 hectares, rich in native plants.
On one side, woodland hugs the property while on the other there is an incredible view of green hills, woods, little villages and the Martani hills in the distance.
The swimming pool, 14x7 m, looks out onto this scenery, surrounded by grey and black stone paving, with one side close to the light slope below.
A large porch, facing the French windows of the living room, the dining room and the kitchen, hosts an outdoor sitting room with chairs, coffee table and a large dining table.
