Geographic position

Villa Lario is in a dominant and well-exposed position, on the hill that from Como goes towards Bellagio, fifteen minutes from Lake Como.

This villa was built in the first half of the 20th century and has been recently renovated. It is located in a charming and peaceful village (800 m a.s.l.) and it can be reached from both Bellagio (20 km) and Como (25 km) in about half an hour, thanks to the lakefront road, going up to Nesso.

Milan (80 km) and its airports, Linate and Malpensa (both 75 km away), are a one-hour and twenty-minute drive.

Description of buildings

This villa was built in the 1920s and was renovated in 2016 and again in 2019 when it was divided into three apartments. This property can host up to 14 people, making it an ideal holiday accommodation.

It has a net saleable area of 273 sq.m and is developed over four floors.

 

Apartment 1

Apartment 1 develops over the ground floor and the semi-basement. It has the exclusive use of the garden to which it has direct access.

The ground floor consists of a large open space, which includes a kitchenette, a living room/bedroom, and a bathroom.

The semi-basement is connected through a design spiral staircase and includes a living room/bedroom. Even this floor has direct access to the garden.

 

Apartment 2
