The Villa
The villa was rebuilt on the courtyard of a farmhouse that dates back to 1600, maintaining its original shape and size. It is spread over two levels and is divided into two separate apartments.


Main apartment
The living area is on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen, a dining room with fireplace, a large living room, a study, a lounge with fireplace, a pantry and a bathroom.
On the upper floor, there are 4 bedrooms, one of which has a wardrobe, a study and three bathrooms. From this area, you can access the large panoramic terrace.


Secondary apartment

State and finishing

On the ground floor, the floors are in Impruneta terracotta with pietra serena stone inserts, while those on the first floor are wooden.

The ceilings are made with chestnut beams and rafters and recovered flat terracotta tiles.
The bathroom floors and wall coverings on the first floor are made in fine marble.

External areas

Villa tra gli Ulivi is surrounded by approximately 3 hectares of land, which is completely fenced in and one third of which is a garden area with numerous oak trees, holm oaks, laurels, cypresses, linden trees and strawberry-trees.

Inside the property, there is also a standard-sized tennis court and a bowling pitch in red gravel.

The small lake is fully fenced-in and its waters are used to irrigate the park. There are various species of fish in the lake, some of which are very large.

There are three entrances to the park, two of which are for the houses and one provides access to the farm shed and the lake.
