Description of buildings

The property comprises the manor house, plus an annex, for a total of 762 sq.m.

The villa follows the layout of the hills, over three floors, its facades featuring porticoes with large arches which overlook the valley below.

A paved lane goes round the garden and leads to the entrance to the villa, which provides access to the raised floor. The large and bright living spaces face the portico which overlooks the valley. On the right of the entrance there is a large sitting room which connects with a dining room, leading to the kitchen, with a pantry area and the informal dining room. On the same floor there is a studio, a bathroom and two storerooms.

The floor above, used as the sleeping area, is accessed via a staircase or an elegant lift. There, there are two studios, three suites, each with a double bedroom, dressing room and private bathroom; plus a fourth bedroom with private bathroom.

The ground floor of the villa comprises a garage, a large, rustic sitting room with fireplace, a cellar, a bathroom, a pantry, a laundry area and two areas where there is the heating system.
