Description of buildings

The Apartment with Scenic Terrace is located on the mezzanine floor, between the first and second floors of a renovated historic building in excellent condition.

After you walk into the apartment you find a large and bright room, with a kitchenette on one side and a lovely scenic terrace on the other.

Next we find a living room, with three beautiful French windows that open onto a large scenic terrace measuring 23 square meters, from which you can enjoy a typical Umbrian village view over the roofs and bell towers of the historic centre, flowing over the valley until you find, on the horizon, the rolling green hills that contrast with the blue sky.

Behind the living room, a hallway leads to a first bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and an additional small bathroom/laundry room.

From the hallway, a short corridor leads to another bedroom/study, with a small terrace, on which we also find a small boiler room.

The area is calculated on the basis of the net floor area including interior partitions and increased by 10% for load-bearing walls.

The terraces area are calculated separately and should be added to the total area.

State and finishing

The apartment has been renovated, and it is in good condition so it can be lived in straight away. It simply requires minor maintenance and the walls could be repainted.

External areas

The most striking feature of the property, in addition to its central location, is definitely the 23 square meter scenic terrace. During the warmer season this gives you the opportunity to enjoy an exclusive open space, which is very rare in the historic towns of Umbria.

The other two small terraces are also very beautiful and useful: the first, 1.5 sq. m., is accessible from the entryway and the other, 1.7 sq. m. is accessible from the bedroom/study.

Use and potential uses

The Apartment with Scenic Terrace is ideal for those who are looking for a pied-à-terre in Assisi, where they can spend long holidays and enjoy the ambiance and slow pace of life in characteristic historic centres of Umbria.

Thanks to its position and its scenic terrace, the property is perfect if you’d like to rent it out weekly when not in use.
