The resort has plans to build one and two-family chalets, to be built according to the buyer’s specifications. The final result will be a luxury residential complex, comprising high-end residences, in one of the most exclusive mountain ski resorts. A new building development concept, unique in the Alta Badia and Dolomites area.

Geographic position

The resort is in an extremely central location, a few metres on foot from both the ski-lifts and all the amenities in the centre of the village.

In a few minutes’ drive, you can be in neighbouring Corvara in Badia, a tourist centre of excellence, while Brunico, the Puster Valley’s main city, with all the necessary amenities, is 30 km away (half an hour’s drive.)

Bolzano, the capital of the province, is 65 km away (an hour and 15 minutes’ drive), while Trento and Innsbruck (A) are 125 km and 130 km away respectively and can be reached in under two hours.

The nearest airports are in Venice and Innsbruck and provide connections with all of Europe.

There are plans to build one and two-family chalets, to be built according to the buyer’s specifications. The final result will be a residential complex of the highest prestige, comprising luxury mountain homes, in one of the most exclusive mountain ski resorts, with state-of-the-art machinery and over 500 km of interconnected pistes.
