Brief description

La Villa Luxury Chalet is a new build, to be finished according to the buyer’s specifications, within a luxury resort. Situated in the heart of the Alta Badia, in one of its most exclusive ski resorts with state of the art equipment and hundreds of kilometres of interconnected pistes. With three floors, the chalet features elegant rooms and modern appliances.

Geographic position

La Villa Luxury Chalet is in the centre of the village, a short walk from all the necessary amenities and from the chairlifts.

In a few minutes’ drive, you can be in Corvara in Badia, a tourist centre of excellence, while Brunico, the capital of the Pusteria Valley is around 30 km away (half an hour’s drive).

Bolzano is a little over an hour away (65 km) while Trento and Innsbrueck (A) are 125 km and 130 km away respectively and can be reached in under two hours.

Venice Marco Polo airport (195) and Innsbrueck airport (130 km) are the closest and provide connections throughout Europe.

Description of buildings

The chalet was designed to fit in with the traditional style of the Val Badia, with a modern twist and state of the art materials, to achieve an excellent energy efficiency rating (Klimahaus “A”).

 

The current internal layout, over three floors and measuring around 200 sq.m in total with finishings to be chosen by the buyer, is as follows:

- Two parking spaces for the property in the basement, connected to the inside by a service entrance which opens into an area comprising two rooms, ideal for use as a wellness area;

- on the ground floor, measuring around 75 sq.m in total, the pleasant, open plan living area comprising kitchen, dining area and living room, with large windows and access to the private garden, and a guest bathroom;
