Description of buildings

Tenuta La Costa comprises several buildings: The main Farmhouse and the Outbuilding, two adjacent dwellings which require renovation and three agricultural annexes, used as storehouses, cellars, toolsheds etc.


The Main Farmhouse

Recently renovated, it has three floors and a total surface area of 450 sq.m, plus another part still to be renovated, also with three floors and a total surface area of 240 sq.m.

The main farmhouse, which has been built to follow the incline of the land, features a spacious kitchen, dining room, basement room with fireplace and access to the porch where there is a wood-burning oven and barbecue, pantry, laundry room and garage on the ground floor.
