Geographic position

Il Poggiolo is situated just 2 km from Montefalco, famous for the region’s best wine and overlooking the Umbrian valley, among several prestigious vineyards and olive groves.

Description of buildings

Il Poggiolo has a total surface area of around 220 sq.m, over two floors.

The main entrance to the house is on the ground terra, opening into a large open plan living area with fireplace and access to a panoramic porch of around 24 sq.m.

On this floor there is also a spacious kitchen, the dining room (which could eventually be converted into a studio or bedroom) and a bathroom.

On the first floor of the house there is the sleeping area, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This level is connected to the ground floor both inside and outside via an outdoor staircase with a little porch. 

State and finishing
