Geographic position

Country Style is a typical stone-clad farmhouse, at agritourism destination, in a hilly position between Umbria and Tuscany. It’s immersed in an area rich in lush nature and historical and archaeological evidence.


The nearest built-up area where to go for daily errands is Monteleone d’Orvieto (2 km), whereas Fabro (5 km) and Città della Pieve (9 km) are just a 10-minute drive. Moreover, Cetona (17 km) and Chiusi (19 km) are just 20 minutes away.

This position is also strategic compared to other major towns, such as Orvieto (37 km) and Perugia (42 km), which are half an hour and one hour away, respectively.


Perugia is also home to an important international school, the International Montessori Centre: a private school for all ages, from nursery to high school students. It offers a complete curriculum and the teachers are native speakers who work with their students 5 hours a day.  


Golf lovers can play at Lamborghini Golf Club (28 km away). This is a 9-hole, par 36 and 2957 metre golf course. It’s situated between Panicale and Lake Trasimeno on a 30 hectare plot of land, surrounded by wonderful woods and vineyards.


Perugia airport is 53 km away, while Rome’s international airports of Ciampino and Fiumicino are 157 and 186 km away, respectively.

Description of buildings

Country Style farmhouse develops over three floors for a net saleable area of 310 sq.m. In addition, we have a 24 sq.m portico and a 43 sq.m canopy with a barbecue area.


This farmhouse was built following the natural course of the hilly terrain.

The main living area is at the same level as the swimming pool and back garden, whereas the bedrooms and accessory rooms are on the lower floor, whose windows and entrances overlook the valley.

Ground floor: a kitchen, a bathroom, and a portico with a wood-burning oven in front of the main entrance overlooking the garden. Moreover, the airy living room, the sitting room, and the dining room all feature a fireplace.

The basement: 2 bedrooms, both with an en-suite bathroom and access from the outdoors, and 2 additional bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The lower floor: a kitchen with a fireplace, two airy accessory rooms and 1 bathroom, an underground cellar and a cave. Storage room with an independent entrance.


Canopy - about 43 sq.m.

The beautiful 43 sq.m canopy with a barbecue area stands in front of a beautiful pergola overlooking the swimming pool and the well-presented garden.


The area is calculated on the basis of the net floor area including interior partitions and increased by 10% for load-bearing walls. 

The portico and the canopy areas are calculated separately and should be added to the total area.
