Description of buildings

The farmhouse is on two levels, with a gross area of 250 sq m, to which are added the two large terraces on the second floor.

Ground floor: hallway with access to the courtyard overlooked by a bedroom, currently used as an atelier, with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
The hallway also leads to the bathroom serving the living area and the kitchen with a central island and a large window overlooking the garden and pool. Next we find a large and bright dining area, from which there is access to a bedroom, with loft and en-suite bathroom, and the living room with fireplace. Adjacent to the living room we find an additional bedroom with an open bath and en-suite bathroom.

Second floor: a characteristic stone staircase leads to the second floor, where there is a fourth bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, and from which there is access to two large panoramic terraces.

At the back of the Masseria is a technical room.

State and finishing

Masseria dei Mandorli, has been expertly renovated to a design by an architect who has preserved the charm of the traditional Apulian structure while enriching it with modern comfort to create an elegant and welcoming retreat.

Every space is flooded with natural light thanks to numerous large windows, and the bedrooms blend harmoniously with the outdoors, thanks to their accesses to the garden or terraces.

Inside, we find characteristic vaulted or hipped ceilings.

External areas

The property is embraced by a private land of about 2.5 hectares, planted with olive, almond and fig trees, with large oaks, typical of Puglia, that shade the entrance of the property.
In front of the atelier we find a pleasant courtyard surrounded by the original high dry-stone walls, while the area that was once used as a threshing floor and that still retains with the ancient stone "chianche", connects the house with the wonderful infinity pool, about 40 square meters in size, and with a very panoramic solarium area from which one can enjoy the view of the magnificent surrounding countryside.
