Geographic position

In the heart of the green Umbrian countryside, immersed in an oasis of tranquillity, Casale Umbro enjoys a private yet convenient location: just 5 km from Massa Martana, which can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car, and just 1 km from a small village.

 

The ideal location of the farmhouse makes it easy to explore some of Umbria's main historic centres: Acquasparta is only 8 km away (10 minutes by car), while the historic town of Todi is 15 km away (about 20 minutes by car). Spoleto and Narni, both about 30 km away, can be reached in 40 minutes, while Orvieto and Perugia, about 58 km away, can be reached in less than an hour.

 

The proximity of the E45 motorway, only 4 km away, opens up even wider scenarios: Rome, the eternal city, is 155 km away and can be reached in about an hour and a half, while the cradle of the Renaissance, Florence, 202 km away, is just under two hours away.

 

For those travelling from abroad or needing a quick trip, Perugia airport is the closest, 45 km away (about an hour's drive). Alternatively, the airports of Rome Fiumicino and Rome Ciampino, at 148 km and 132 km respectively, can both be reached in about one and a half hours, guaranteeing frequent and convenient international and national connections.

The exteriors, completely with exposed stone and roofing tiles, preserve the characteristics of the old Umbrian country homes.
