Geographic position

In a hillside location and not isolated, the Casale con Vigneto a Todi has a panoramic view of the Umbrian countryside and of the little town from which it gets its name.

The property consists of the main country house, an outbuilding and several ancillary buildings and has a indoor useful floor area of 1,287sqm. It is surrounded by 14 hectares of private land, with a swimming pool, a vineyard and an olive grove.

This is one of the best-loved areas in Umbria: just 7 km from Todi, about half an hour by car from Orvieto (35 km) and Perugia (45 km) and less than an hour from other important historical towns in the region, such as Spoleto (50 km) and Assisi (60 km).

The Main Villa has a useful floor area of 375 sqm plus the taverna on the basement and it is the result of the renovation and extension of a country house dating back to 1300, which was an ancient refectory of the Camaldolese Monks.

The dwelling extends over three levels: on the ground floor, there are large living areas, with a kitchen that opens onto a 38 sqm porch, a dining room and two big living rooms, one of which has a fireplace. There is also a bathroom on this floor.

On the first floor, which has a separate entrance that is also accessible from outside, consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
