La Sirena is a luxury villa dating from the 1920s, recently restored while retaining its original architectural features. The villa has a total surface area of 750 sq.m, over 4 floors connected by a lift, plus a panoramic tower and terraces.

The main entrance opens onto the ground floor, via a pretty outdoor staircase. On this floor there are the impressive living areas, 4 large spaces intended for use as the living rooms, sitting room and dining room, plus a guest bathroom for the floor.
