Description of buildings
The apartment is on the first floor of a historic palazzo in the centre of Spoleto.
It measures 146 sq.m in total plus 12 sq.m of loft space.
Access to the living area is to the left of the entrance, and comprises a pretty sitting room with marble fireplace and the spacious kitchen with dining area.
On the right side, there is also a study (which could be used as a third, single bedroom), with an area used as a laundry and storage space, a bathroom and the sleeping quarters with two large bedrooms: the first is a passageway room and the second has a changing room with private bathroom with tub. The two bedrooms could be separated with small modifications, by reopening a doorway and building a partition wall (see the plans below).
