The main entrance, with a service bathroom and a wardrobe, leads to the furnished living area (60 sq.m) with a modern pellet stove and the kitchen, which includes Boffi furniture, a large island, Gaggenau home appliances and a Liebherr refrigerator.

The living area features large sliding windows overlooking La Villa, the ski runs (where you can watch the competitions held in Gran Risa, one of the Alpine Skiing World Cup's most beautiful and technical ski runs) and the surrounding peaks. From here, you can access the patio and the wooden terrace. This floor also includes a practical pantry.


The wooden and glass staircase, designed explicitly for this chalet, leads to the upper floors. The first floor includes the master bedroom with a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with another en-suite bathroom.
