The outbuilding to be retrieved

State and finishing

Dated back to the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, the farmhouse has been completely restored in 2005 preserving the original structure and the typical materials of the Umbrian countryhouses.
The exteriors feature exposed stone walls with arches and windows finished with bricks, while the interiors have handmade cotto floors, plastered walls conveying brightness to the rooms and ceilings with wooden beams and cotto tiles.
The property is in perfect condition with new bathrooms and plants.

External areas

The farmhouse is embraced by 1,4 hectares of gently rolling land.
The area nearby the farmhouse consists of garden with lawn, olive trees and cypresses, while the border of the lawn is marked off by white stones, the same that form the walls of the farmhouse.
The beautiful portico stretches along the whole south side and represents a passage area between the living area and the garden, ideal for al fresco dining while enjoying a breathtaking view over the countryside and Todi with its large dome of the Consolazione.
The building of a swimming-pool is allowed.

Use and potential uses

The property is ideal both as permanent residence and as holiday home, as well as an investment with the possibility of renting it out on a weekly basis when it is not inhabited.
It represents the ideal location for those who wish a secluded but not too isolated property and for those who love living in the countryside without renouncing the closeness to historic towns offering amenities and cultural events.
